These transformative projects mark a significant step towards realizing the vision of a Net-Zero Varanasi, in alignment with India’s national goal of achieving Net-Zero emissions by 2070.

With a focus on climate-resilient engineering, energy efficiency, and renewable integration, BOOTES aims to deliver world-class infrastructure that blends cutting-edge technology with environmentally responsible design, creating assets that serve both present needs and future generations.

The Varanasi Public Library has been precisely engineered to exemplify energy efficiency, climate-resilient architecture, and renewable technology integration setting a new benchmark for Net-Zero public infrastructure in the country. The library is the first of the two sustainable projects entrusted to BOOTES by the VDA, with the Varanasi Community Centre scheduled for development as the next green milestone.

These efforts directly support India's climate agenda and long-term vision to transition towards a low-carbon economy, as laid out by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at COP26, where he pledged that India will achieve Net-Zero carbon emissions by 2070.

Deepak Rai, Founder and Managing Director of BOOTES, stated, “We are fully committed to advancing sustainable infrastructure that aligns with national environmental goals.

Creating climate-smart cities is not just a vision it is a responsibility we embrace through every project we undertake
