MB Crusher HDS Shaft Screen Attachment: Screens Materials Directly Onsite

Italian crushing and screening attachment manufacturer, MB Crusher, is positioning its HDS line of shaft screens as a specialised attachment that can easily screen wet, damp, and organic materials and can also be used to crush soft materials like coal. The HDS 320-323 model has been successfully used in Indonesia for coal crushing with close to 100-120 installations. The attachment is compatible with 14 to 45-ton excavators of any make.
“The HDS shaft screen attachment can screen materials directly onsite and is suitable for large and small construction sites. Its large loading capacity delivers optimal production rates. Based on the kind of materials to be screened, replacing the shafts can be done easily and fast, and the attachment is also easy to maintain," said Piero Guizzetti, CEO.

“Our bucket crushing and screening attachments enable contractors to earn higher profits during on site crushing,” he added.

MB Crusher’s MB LS220 S2 and MB S14S4 screening buckets can be fitted with excavators of 9 to 20 tons. The MB Crusher Bucket BF 90.3 S4, compatible for mounting on excavators of 21-32 ton is seeing good demand in India. "It is suitable for crushing materials in quarries, landfills, urban, and non-urban construction sites."
"MB Crusher has over 12 years of experience in India, where it is rendering technical support to the customers, including advise on the right attachment for the materials to be crushed and screened. We also offer hands-on training to our customers for right usage of our machines," said Guizzetti.
“The company is upbeat about the growing business prospects in India, which is amongst our important markets, and we have drawn up long-term investment plans for the country,” he added.
