What products are manufactured by Waken Multitech?

We manufacture an extensive range of Road Construction Equipment like Road Paver Finisher, Wet Mix Paver Finisher, and Semi Hydro Paver Finisher, all of which are of the highest grade and are available in several sizes as per the requirements of our customers. Our products are of simple design, easy to use, highly durable, of reasonable price, and can be customized. Backed by a team of production managers, warehousing experts, engineers, a skilled workforce, and service teams, we are meeting the precise needs of our clients.

How is the company increasing production to meet the growing demand from road infra construction projects?

Waken Multitech specializes in the production of mechanical pavers with a width of 2.5 meters, extendable to 4.5 meters, and sensor-based pavers with a 2.5-meter width, extendable to 5.5 meters. The company has also introduced automatic pavers with a 2.4-meter base, extendable to 4.5 meters.

To keep pace with the current rising demand for pavers due to large-scale road construction projects, we have increased production at our Mehsana factory, in Gujarat, from 6-7 units of mechanical and sensor-equipped tire-mounted pavers in 2023 to 10-12 units this year.

We have also developed automated pavers to enhance operational efficiency. The automation required an automated gear change mechanism, as well as an automated screed and hopper operation, in contrast to the mechanical operations.

What innovations in your pavers have enhanced their performance?

Our pavers now feature a loco guard, ensuring uniform distribution of asphalt paving material when the pavers are in motion. We have equipped our pavers with broad hoppers to accommodate larger volumes of paving materials, which are often loaded from larger tipper trucks. These hoppers are made with greater thickness so that they can withstand the force exerted by the tipper bodies during machine operation. We have also increased their weight to improve their adhesion to surfaces to enable ease of movement, particularly in hilly regions.

What is the company’s strategies to grow its business?

We are continuously developing new solutions to meet the requirements of road contractors. We collaborate mainly with small and medium-sized contractors - an approach that has proven to be successful in getting new business opportunities.

To provide timely service and support to our customers, we have formed partnerships with parts suppliers in regions where our pavers are in operation. We are also engaging actively with operators and maintenance and service providers. Through these efforts, we have significantly reduced lead times for parts supply and services to our customers.
