Ecom Express Launches ‘Pragati’ to Empower Workforce in Last-Mile Logistics

Ecom Express Limited has launched Pragati, an ambitious learning and development program aimed at upskilling Delivery Center Managers (DCMs) across its last-mile operations. This strategic initiative is designed to equip both existing employees and new hires with the necessary skills for success in logistics, supply chain management, and behavioral competencies.

The program aims to certify over 4,000 employees through a hybrid learning approach that integrates classroom instruction, digital modules, and E-Pathshaala, the company’s comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS).
