We are strongly positioned as a manufacturer of a complete range of road equipment, especially our mainstay asphalt batch mix plants. We are also the first Indian company to have developed the 120 tph mastic asphalt plant and cooker. With our concrete and asphalt solutions, we are catering to mid- and large contractors engaged in road, bridge, and canal construction.

Our aim is to drive our business growth more aggressively by leveraging our advanced products and manufacturing expertise. Our plants are undergoing extensive retrofitting, and we will also intensify our customer engagements and services.

Our newly introduced offerings for bituminous road construction application are the mastic asphalt cooker and micro surfacing paver. Mastic asphalt cooker is a transit equipment, mounted on a truck chassis for transporting bitumen to construction sites. Micro surfacing is an equipment used for maintenance of highways. We have launched these products in view of the encouraging demand coming from large-scale road construction, including repairs.

Earlier, the mastic asphalt cooker was imported by the Indian road construction contractors. We are the first Indian asphalt equipment manufacturer to design and manufacture it completely in-house. We were also the first Indian company to have developed the 120 tph mastic asphalt plant. The ability of the cookers to meet the Indian site condition needs is mainly because of their uniquely designed mixing arms and heating arrangement in the mixers.

Currently, we are manufacturing mastic asphalt cookers in two variants of 10 and 12 tons. These are being offered on truck chassis of Ashok Leyland, Tata, and Bharat Benz as per customer’s preference. We are providing the technical support of mounting the mixers through clamps and brackets at our plant in Ahmedabad.

Our micro surfacing paver is essentially a hybrid product; it is an amalgam of Indian and foreign design and is fine-tuned to suit Indian jobsite requirements. The micro surfacing paver has been developed based on our field observations, the varied Indian weather, and project site conditions.

While the company will continue to manufacture its range of 60-260 tph asphalt batch mix plants, it will simultaneously undertake design improvements in the plants of 120-160 tph. Improvements will be made in the screening, mixing and plant structure for better product throughput and reliability. We are also manufacturing concrete batch mix plants of 30-45-60-75-90 cum/hr, and are offering them along with Sicoma Mixers.

Our aim is to deliver our products with a lower initial cost. To achieve this, we do advance planning for procurement of the raw materials and components as per the order book and our production cycles, so as to hedge the risk of price fluctuations, if any. We are also enhancing our services to customers and are offering operations and maintenance contracts to enable them to have higher plant availability. With this initiative, timely maintenance of the plants is ensured, which results in lower maintenance costs of the plants and machineries.
