Kraft’s AutoCure PLC-based curing control system retains the delicate balance between temperature and humidity, providing the ideal hardening conditions for concrete.

The re‎sult of this controlled concrete curing regime is a more durable and more consistent concrete product in less time. For blocks and pavers, efflorescence can be eliminated and product colouration and strength is more consistent.

For precast, rapid strength gain means that producers can double the output of their moulds, beds and forms, reducing space requirements and reducing capital cost in other parts of the process. Cement savings of up to 10% are possible across the board.
