In September 2017, the Honorable Prime Minister of India launched the nation's most ambitious project, the Bullet Train, marking a significant stride toward a New India. The National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd. (NHSRCL) - the executing authority for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (MAHSR) Project, with its first package (C4) awarded to L&T on November 25, 2020 through a rigorous competitive bidding process, represented the largest contract awarded in the nation's history. This prestigious endeavor posed formidable challenges, notably the construction timeline of 237 kilometers of elevated viaduct within 42 months.
