What innovative products is your company developing to meet the demand of the construction industry for faster project deliveries?
Innovation is a key driver of progress in the construction industry. It allows for new and more efficient building methods, materials, and technologies to be developed and implemented, which in turn leads to better and more sustainable development.
It has to be kept in mind that innovation in construction is not necessarily profit-driven. The construction sector, in particular, must find methods to change its processes and technology in order to address the growing government and public concern for sustainability and environmental preservation.
With a greater focus on R&D, we are creating a win-win for both clients and us. Clients get the products and services they need to meet their priorities, and we can lower our manufacturing costs by implementing new methods. The bottom line is that we are improving efficiency, reducing cost and time, and expanding our product offerings, thanks to R&D.
What are your plans for business and product expansion—both vertically and horizontally?
We have strategic plans for both vertical and horizontal expansion of our business and product lines. Vertically, we aim to enhance our presence in existing markets by introducing innovative products and solutions that cater to evolving customer needs. This involves continuous investment in R&D to enhance our product portfolio and stay ahead of market trends.
Horizontally, we are focusing on expanding geographically with diversification of our product lines. We are exploring opportunities to enter new markets both within India and internationally, leveraging our expertise and resources to establish a strong hold.
Overall, our plans for vertical and horizontal expansion are integral to our growth strategy, allowing us to strengthen our position in existing markets while tapping into new opportunities for growth and development.
We also aim to establish more dealerships and service centres across the country for better customer support and accessibility. Our team of competent engineers are available 24x7 for any problem solving, plus, spare parts are easily available since they are produced by us. Hence, there is no time lost in delivering them to our customers’ project sites and no costs or duty are incurred in importing them.
