As a manufacturer of control panels used in asphalt drum mix plants and in self-loading concrete mixers, we are strengthening our position in the market through timely availability of our products and services. In fact, our strength lies in the timely delivery of our panels and in offering more competitive prices compared to that of the OEMs. We also offer product customization while maintaining high standards in quality.

We work directly with the end-users, asset owners, the main contractors that have their own equipment and rental agencies. We offer them our more advanced new products to replace their existing ones.

What are the key features of your control panels?

Our panels give high reliability and accuracy since they are developed with our in-house competence and expertise in manufacturing PLC and SCADA based control panels for use in construction equipment.

Our weighing solution for self-loading mixer Model Hydromex-V2 is designed to work with a self-loading concrete mixer. It can be used for data logging and weighing of aggregates, cement, water, admixtures, and is weight-based, while the water is measured as per the flow base. The admixtures can be selected as per their time-based measurement.

The aggregates and water admix are stirred either manually or automatically in the unit, aided by the PLC settings. A receipt is printed for every cycle on a thermal printer. The data in the unit can be printed batch wise and data wise, on a thermal printer or on pen drive. The unit comes with ABS/SS enclosure and is Ip65 protected. A 128 x 64 graphical LCD is provided for the users’ benefit with an individual display for aggregate, cement, and water admix. A 16-keypad for programming and reporting, and for additional operator-friendly remote is provided for frequent keys like water admixes.
