Ridhira Group Partners with Telangana Govt to Develop Landmark Wellness Resort at Ridhira Zen

Ridhira Group has partnered with the Government of Telangana to advance the State’s vision of becoming a premier wellness tourism hub. Strengthening this collaboration, the Group has received the official Letter of Award from the Youth Advancement, Tourism, and Culture (YATC) Department to develop a flagship 5-star branded resort at Ridhira Zen near Shankarpally, Ranga Reddy District. The announcement, made at the Telangana Tourism Conclave 2025, marks a defining milestone in the State’s wellness tourism growth strategy.

With an investment of approximately ₹200 crore, the 6-acre project will feature a 5-star branded resort, a 10,000 sq. ft. Global Wellness Centre and Spa, upscale villas, and premium plots. Designed to set new benchmarks in holistic living, Ridhira Zen will redefine luxury wellness tourism in India. Once completed, the resort will be the largest wellness-centric 5-star resort in the region, positioning Telangana as a leader in global wellness destinations.
