Aakar Becomes First RERA-Approved Premium Studio Apartment Project in Dholera Activation Zone

Aakar, a project by GAP Group, has become the first premium studio apartment residential development in the Dholera Activation Zone to receive approval from the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The milestone reinforces GAP Group’s position as an early mover in India’s first Greenfield Smart City.
The project comprises 160 fully furnished studio apartments designed with modern amenities, including dedicated parking, a gymnasium, co-working lounges, meeting rooms, a library, and indoor sports facilities. Located within three kilometres of major industrial developments and adjacent to a 14,000 sq. mt. park managed by GAP Group, Aakar offers both convenience and green surroundings.
Units are priced from ₹35.51 lakh, with expected rental yields of 7–10% and a projected value appreciation of 80–100% in the next five years, positioning it as a strong investment opportunity. GAP Group is also in discussions with Tangent for employee accommodation solutions.
