SPML Infra Bags ₹1,073 Cr AMRUT 2.0 Water Supply Project in Indore

SPML Infra Limited has secured a prestigious ₹1,073 crore project from Indore Municipal Corporation under the Government of India’s AMRUT 2.0 programme, aimed at making Indian cities water-secure and self-reliant. The project also carries a 10-year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract.

 

Project Highlights:

  • Intake & Pumping: 1,650 MLD intake system with a state-of-the-art Raw Water Pump House.
  • Treatment: 400 MLD advanced Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to ensure high-quality potable water.
  • Transmission: Clear Water Booster Pumping Stations and 22 km of pipelines (1200 mm–2337 mm dia).
  • Power Infrastructure: 132/33 kV substation for reliable operations.
  • O&M: Long-term 10-year maintenance with structured escalation provisions.

The project is designed to enhance Indore’s water supply infrastructure, ensuring safe and reliable drinking water for over 2 million residents. EPC execution will be completed within 30 months, including rainy seasons.
