Uttarakhand CM Inaugurates ₹55 Cr Road Project in Udham Singh Nagar

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami virtually inaugurated a ₹55-crore road project under the Central Road Infrastructure Fund (CRIF) in Udham Singh Nagar district. The 20-km Manunagar–Gadarpur–Dineshpur–Matkota–Haldwani motor road will be widened and upgraded into a double-lane route.

The CM said the project will ease local travel, reduce congestion, and directly benefit nearly two lakh residents and farmers in the Terai region. Improved connectivity is also expected to lower transport costs and travel time for raw materials, supporting industrial growth in the area.
