APMRCL Invites Tenders for ₹4,150 Cr Vijayawada Metro Phase-1 Construction

The Andhra Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (APMRCL) has invited e-tenders for Phase-1 construction of the Vijayawada Metro project, covering 38.4 km, including a 4.33 km double-decker four-lane flyover, at an estimated cost of ₹4,150 crore.

The contract involves engineering, design, and construction of the viaduct (including the flyover-cum-metro stretch), one underground metro station, and 32 elevated stations across two proposed corridors.
