Bihar CM Nitish Kumar Reviews Progress of Patna Metro Project

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inspected the ongoing construction work of the Patna Metro Rail Project and directed officials to expedite its execution. He reviewed facilities at the upcoming Metro Terminal in Bariyarpur, including the metro rail coaches, tracks, yard, power grid, and other related infrastructure. He stressed the need for timely completion to ensure smooth operations.

Regular inspections are being carried out to monitor progress. The Bariyarpur terminal will function as the halt, maintenance, and cleaning facility for metro trains, with an administrative building to oversee day-to-day operations.
