BPCL Showcases ₹49,000 Cr Bina Refinery Expansion & Petrochemical Project at Indore Investor Meet

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Fortune Global 500 company and one of India’s leading oil and gas enterprises, in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) and the Indian Plast Pack Foundation (IPPF), hosted an Investor & Customer Meet at the Brilliant Convention Centre, Indore.

Themed “Resolute Bharat: Expanding Horizons and Shaping the Future of Petrochemicals”, the event spotlighted BPCL’s ₹49,000 crore investment in the Bina Refinery expansion and Petrochemical Project. The project will produce globally benchmarked polymers including Polypropylene, HDPE/LLDPE, Benzene, Toluene, and Mixed-Xylene, strengthening India’s domestic raw material supply, reducing import dependency, and supporting growth in packaging, automotive, agriculture, and consumer goods industries.

The meet also positioned Bina as a major hub for India’s petrochemical sector, underlining its strategic location, integrated infrastructure, and Madhya Pradesh’s investor-friendly policies.
