Capacit’e Infraprojects Wins ₹1,518 Cr Super High-Rise Order in Mumbai

Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has bagged a repeat order worth ₹1,518 crore (excluding taxes and cess) from Hubtown for the construction of “25 Downtown”, an ultra-luxury residential development at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

The project involves building four super high-rise residential towers under the ultra-luxury segment, along with lavish amenities including a clubhouse and penthouses. The towers will offer residents panoramic views of the Willingdon Golf Course and the Arabian Sea.
