Brigade Group Signs JDA for Rs. 1,200 Cr Residential Project in South Bengaluru

Bengaluru-based listed real estate developer Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) for a new residential project at Banashankari 5th Stage, South Bengaluru, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,200 crore. Spread across 7.5 acres, the project aims to combine heritage and connectivity with strong social and physical infrastructure, offering quality urban living.
