IRCON Secures ₹642 Crore Contract for Mumbai Metro Line-6 Package CA-233

Ircon International Limited has secured a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for Package CA-233 of Mumbai Metro Line-6 (Pink Line). The ₹642 crore package spans a 15.18 km corridor between Swami Samarth Nagar (Lokhandwala) and Vikhroli.

The contract has a completion timeline of 3,285 days.

MMRDA’s scope for Package-2 (CA-233) covers the design, manufacture, supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of the power supply and traction system, E&M systems, lifts, and escalators. It also includes five years of comprehensive maintenance following a two-year defect liability period.
