Kerala CM Lays Foundation for ₹600-Cr Adani Logistics Park in Kalamassery

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has laid the foundation stone for the ₹600-crore Adani Logistics Park at Kalamassery. Developed by Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), the 70-acre integrated facility is strategically located between HMT and the Government Medical College.

Out of the total area, 30 acres have been acquired by Flipkart, underscoring the growing demand for advanced logistics infrastructure in the state.

The project aims to position Kerala as a hub for industrial and logistics operations, with focus sectors including e-commerce, FMCG/FMCD, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and retail.

In line with sustainable development goals, the facility will feature EV charging stations, smart logistics solutions, and digital integration to enhance efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
