MoRTH Invites ₹366.46 Cr Tender for Widening NH-127B in Meghalaya

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has floated a tender worth ₹366.46 crore for the widening and improvement of National Highway 127B in Meghalaya. The project involves upgrading the highway to two lanes with paved shoulders from km 0.000 to km 31.500.
Funded under JICA ODA Loan Phase-VII as part of the North East Road Network Connectivity Improvement Project, the contract will be executed on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis. The scope includes detailed design, construction, testing, and commissioning, along with road safety, drainage, and related infrastructure. The project is expected to be completed in 24 months.
