WeHouse Raises ₹25 Cr Series A Funding to Expand Home Construction Tech Platform in India

WeHouse

WeHouse, India’s leading tech-driven home construction partner (formerly Hocomoco), has raised ₹25 crore in Series A funding through a mix of debt and equity. The round saw participation from Anthill Ventures and notable investors including Pinnupreddy Jaya Aditya Reddy, Suresh Babu Daggubati, Mohnish Yerra of Leaders for India (LIO), and Gaurav Marya of Franchise India Holdings, among others.

The fresh capital will be used to scale operations, strengthen technology, and expand into new markets, with Coimbatore and Ahmedabad set to launch this month.

Currently operating in four cities, WeHouse has delivered over 400 projects and holds an order book worth ₹150 crore. By integrating all aspects of construction, approvals, architectural and structural design, execution, interiors, and e-monitoring, onto one accountable platform, WeHouse is addressing the growing demand for organized, transparent, and efficient home construction in India.

Sripad Nandiraj, Founder and CEO, WeHouse, said, “India’s home construction market still suffers from fragmentation, opaque pricing, and frequent delays. Our vision has always been to rebuild the experience around transparency, milestone-linked execution, and real-time visibility for homeowners. This investment allows us to deepen our technology stack, strengthen on-ground quality systems, and enter new cities, enabling more families to build their dream homes with confidence and control.”

Rohan Vinayak Reddy, COO, WeHouse, further adds, “This funding will play a crucial role in strengthening our operational capabilities. It will help us scale our teams, enhance process efficiencies, and reinforce quality controls across projects. As we expand into new cities, these improvements will ensure consistent and reliable delivery for homeowners.”

India’s residential construction sector is valued at over USD 268 billion in 2025 and continues to expand steadily. However, the industry remains highly fragmented, with nearly half of projects facing delays and cost overruns being the norm. This makes the need for organized, tech-enabled construction partners more urgent than ever. WeHouse’s model directly addresses this gap by offering homeowners a single-window, digital-first experience that reduces uncertainty and increases trust.
